ABOUT THIS ROLE

  • We are looking for someone who will be responsible for adapting our brand strategy and driving excellent execution for our target market.
  • Reporting to the Senior Growth Lead, you will devise marketing campaigns that will delight our target market with the intent of creating leads and acquiring fans of the brand.
  • This role is based  in Indonesia and will follow Indonesia time

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Plan and develop campaign material/assets/activation that ensures consistent brand identity
  • Recruit, brief and manage freelance and in-house staff on bringing bold brand campaigns to life
  • Drive growth through brand awareness and consideration campaigns while providing feedback from the target market with Product Manager and Senior Growth Lead to influence conversion layer activities

  • Carrie Sim - Senior Growth Lead (Indonesia)
  • Indonesia and regional growth, marketing and leadership team
  • Functional teams in different markets

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university majoring in Marketing
  • At least 3 - 5 years of experience in a branding or marketing communications role
  • Comfortable with handling a team - a project manager with ability to communicate well to teams in English and in Bahasa
  • Have a pulse on marketing trends within and outside of Indonesia
  • Critical thinker with strong problem solving skills and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Can manage multiple campaigns running at the same time
