Description

Responsibilities

    • Runs, under the supervision of a Research Analyst and/or a Project Lead, the full management of customer/ market research studies, from set up to final report
    • Carrying out qualitative and quantitative research by collecting data via Polls, Surveys, Focus Groups, Home Panel, etc
    • Performs data analysis, both quantitative and qualitative
    • Performs data quality checks to verify accuracy
    • Ensure the quality of questionnaire by checking questionnaires links, logic, instructions, and consistency
    • Manage and monitor the publication of research results
    • Works with project team to analyze findings to meet client needs

Requirements

  • Meticulous, conscientious, and commits to enhancing skills and knowledge, and seeks to expand level of responsibilities
  • Data Driven ; strong analytical & critical thinking
  • Possesses a strong ability to organize self-planning, to multitasking and ability to work with different teams
  • Have knowledge of data collection methods (Interviews, focus groups, polls, surveys etc)
  • Excellent abilities Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to interpret large amounts of data and to multi-task
  • At least Bac+2/3 or Undergraduate / Bachelor program
  • Fluent in English
  • Any experience or significant interest towards the market research industry would be a plus
