Responsibilities

- Runs, under the supervision of a Research Analyst and/or a Project Lead, the full management of customer/ market research studies, from set up to final report
- Carrying out qualitative and quantitative research by collecting data via Polls, Surveys, Focus Groups, Home Panel, etc
- Performs data analysis, both quantitative and qualitative
- Performs data quality checks to verify accuracy
- Ensure the quality of questionnaire by checking questionnaires links, logic, instructions, and consistency
- Manage and monitor the publication of research results
- Works with project team to analyze findings to meet client needs
Requirements
- Meticulous, conscientious, and commits to enhancing skills and knowledge, and seeks to expand level of responsibilities
- Data Driven ; strong analytical & critical thinking
- Possesses a strong ability to organize self-planning, to multitasking and ability to work with different teams
- Have knowledge of data collection methods (Interviews, focus groups, polls, surveys etc)
- Excellent abilities Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Ability to interpret large amounts of data and to multi-task
- At least Bac+2/3 or Undergraduate / Bachelor program
- Fluent in English
- Any experience or significant interest towards the market research industry would be a plus
